Terms of Service
Last updated: September 24, 2026. These Terms govern use of Visionary Leaders Hall of Fame, including nominations, sponsor applications, profile submissions, verification pages, badges, certificates, media resources, event listings, and related platform features.
No Guaranteed Outcome
Nominations, sponsorships, payments, submissions, applications, reviews, scores, listings, rankings, badges, certificates, media placement, event access, publication, refunds, and platform approvals are never guaranteed. The platform owner may approve, reject, revise, delay, suspend, remove, archive, or decline any record, page, submission, payment-related request, sponsor request, nomination, media item, or public listing at any time.
Owner Control and Final Decisions
The platform owner retains final editorial, legal, brand, payment, security, AI review, ranking, verification, publication, visibility, sponsor, and administrative control. Platform decisions are final unless the owner chooses to review them again. The owner may correct errors, remove outdated records, reject false information, prevent misuse, and protect the integrity of the platform.
User Responsibilities
- You must submit accurate, lawful, non-misleading information.
- You must have the right to submit names, images, biographies, logos, links, testimonials, business information, media, and supporting materials.
- You must not submit defamatory, fraudulent, infringing, hateful, adult, gambling, illegal, abusive, spam, malware, or deceptive content.
- You are responsible for the consequences of information you submit.
Publication Permission
By submitting materials, you grant permission for the platform to review, store, edit, format, summarize, verify, publish, unpublish, display, promote, archive, and use submitted materials in connection with nominations, sponsor listings, verification records, certificates, badges, media kits, press materials, event pages, directories, search visibility, and related platform operations.
Payments and Sponsorships
Payment does not guarantee induction, ranking, endorsement, permanent publication, sponsor approval, event access, media placement, or preferential editorial treatment. Sponsor placements are subject to review, eligibility, brand-safety checks, payment status, and owner approval. Chargebacks, fraud concerns, policy violations, or reputational concerns may result in removal.

Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the platform, owner, administrators, contractors, vendors, and service providers are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, reputational, business, revenue, data, ranking, publication, sponsorship, or opportunity losses arising from use of the site, reliance on content, submission decisions, publication status, removals, delays, technical issues, or third-party services.

These Terms may be updated at any time. Continued use of the site after updates means the updated Terms apply.
