Nominations and sponsorships do not guarantee publication, induction, ranking, media placement, sponsorship placement, event access, refund approval, or platform approval.

Sponsorship does not guarantee induction. Nomination does not guarantee selection. Paid placement is separate from Hall of Fame recognition.

The owner retains final editorial, legal, brand, payment, AI review, ranking, verification, and publication control. The owner may approve, reject, revise, remove, suspend, or manually override any record to protect platform quality and legal integrity.

AI assists with review and ranking, but final approval is controlled by platform administration. Platform decisions are final.

Users must not submit false, misleading, unlawful, hateful, adult, gambling, fraudulent, infringing, or abusive material. Submissions may be screened by AI-assisted systems and human review.

False submissions can be removed. Sponsors can be rejected or removed.

Approved nominees and sponsors grant permission to review submitted materials and publish approved authority content, badges, certificates, verification records, media kits, event assets, and related platform pages.
