AI Usage Policy

Visionary Leaders Hall of Fame uses owner-controlled AI infrastructure to assist with nomination scoring, sponsor vetting, authority summaries, biographies, media prompts, SEO/AEO content, moderation, fraud flags, category suggestions, and email/media workflow drafts.

AI outputs are advisory and do not create an automatic right to publication, induction, sponsorship approval, ranking, payment acceptance, or media placement. The owner and authorized admins retain final approval and override authority.

AI assists with review and ranking, but final approval is controlled by platform administration. Sponsorship does not guarantee induction. Nomination does not guarantee selection.

The primary AI endpoint is configured for owner-controlled infrastructure. The platform is designed to support future self-hosted model routing, including local LLMs, Ollama-compatible systems, DeepSeek-compatible systems, and other owner-approved endpoints.

AI may generate confidence scores, risk flags, summaries, profile copy, and media drafts. Human review should be used for sensitive, legal, payment, reputation, or brand decisions.
