Last updated: September 24, 2026. AI may support platform review, organization, drafting, screening, and administrative workflows, but final control remains with the platform owner.

Allowed Uses

• Submission review and completeness checks.
• Drafting summaries, profile copy, media copy, and search-friendly descriptions.
• Risk, spam, duplicate, fraud, brand-safety, and policy review support.
• Category, location, authority, event, and sponsor organization.

Decision Control

AI does not create a right to be published, approved, ranked, sponsored, certified, listed, or refunded. Any AI-assisted output can be changed, rejected, removed, or reviewed manually.

User Consent

By submitting information, users understand that submitted materials may be reviewed by automated and human-assisted systems for quality, safety, fraud prevention, and publication review.

Prohibited Manipulation

Users must not attempt to manipulate AI systems, submit prompt-injection content, hide instructions in files, submit malware, or use automated abuse to influence reviews or rankings.
