Refund Policy

Sponsorship payments, event purchases, custom placements, and related commercial transactions are reviewed according to the sponsorship terms, payment status, work performed, fraud risk, platform approval status, and owner discretion.

Payment does not guarantee approval, publication, ranking, induction, or continued placement. If a sponsor is rejected before any public placement or custom work begins, the owner may review refund eligibility.

Paid placement is separate from Hall of Fame recognition. Platform decisions are final.

Refund requests should be sent to support@visionaryleadershalloffame.com with the payment reference, sponsor name, company name, and reason for the request.
