Visionary Leaders Hall of Fame collects nomination, sponsor, payment, media, upload, event, verification, and admin information to review submissions, operate the platform, prevent abuse, publish approved authority records, process sponsorships, and protect the brand.

Records are stored in self-hosted JSON directories under owner control. Public pages display only approved records, verified profiles, approved sponsors, published event details, and selected media assets.

Submitted information may include names, company names, email addresses, websites, cities, countries, categories, achievements, logos, photos, banners, videos, social links, media links, payment intent data, and AI-assisted review results.

The platform uses essential session cookies for admin login and CSRF protection. Analytics are stored as local JSONL logs using hashed IP addresses and limited browser information.

Users consent to submitted media being used for promotion if approved, including profile pages, sponsor pages, media kits, social snippets, press releases, certificates, badges, event pages, and authority content.
