Sponsor Agreement

Sponsorship applications are reviewed for brand safety, business legitimacy, payment status, and platform fit. Payment does not guarantee public placement, endorsement, induction, ranking, or editorial approval. The owner retains final control over approval, rejection, refund review, placement, and removal.

Sponsorship does not guarantee induction. Paid placement is separate from Hall of Fame recognition. Sponsors can be rejected or removed. Platform decisions are final.

Approved sponsors grant permission for the platform to display submitted company information, logos, banners, links, sponsor tier, and AI-assisted sponsor spotlights. Sponsors must not submit unlawful, misleading, hateful, adult, gambling, or fraudulent material.
