Users may not submit false, fraudulent, defamatory, unlawful, hateful, adult, gambling, malicious, infringing, misleading, spam, or abusive content.

False submissions can be removed. Sponsors can be rejected or removed. Nominees, sponsors, and media contributors are responsible for the accuracy and permissions of submitted materials.

Users consent to submitted media being used for promotion if approved. Approved media may appear in authority pages, certificates, badges, sponsor pages, event pages, press releases, social snippets, and media kits.
